REAL Assurance changes its name

As part of the transfer of the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme (CCAS) from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) to Trading Standards Institute (TSI), the REAL assurance scheme has been renamed to the Renewable Energy Consumer Code, or RECC, and has adopted a new logo.

This hasn’t in any way changed the code of conduct that we are bound to being a member of this scheme. Note that our ‘REAL assurance’ certificate will carry its current branding – and remain valid – until it’s next renewal.
