The charity Friends of the Earth are taking legal action against the government, saying that its recent cut in the Solar PV tariff for new installations ahead of the consultation they were undertaking on the matter is unlawful.
Friends of the Earth are running a campaign to try to break the stranglehold of the size leading energy suppliers, and to maintain support for green energy schemes such as domestic Solar Photovoltaics.
