Solar PV systems are generally very reliable; however, things can go wrong over a 25 year lifetime and we are happy to offer support for our own installs.
We are also prepared to support other installations, however given that we have no idea of the quality of their installation work (particularly from companies that installed Solar PV and then went bust) we have to charge a £75 call out which includes the first hour of work to cover our time.
